Raffan Mill Workshop restoration gazetted on the NSW StateGears and driveshafts sit idle inside the Raffan Mill Workshop at Portland Cement Works, coated in decades of accumulated grime. Light cuts through broken window panes across the machinery floor. This single level brick structure dates to around 1889, predating the Commonwealth Portland Cement Company works by over a decade.
