The neck is high and the sleeves billow above the wrist

Waist: 14-15" flat across inside lining from side seam to side seam

The bodice is cut simply with a unadorned scooped collar

Shoulders: inset 13"

The dress is not perfect - there is a sequin missing here and there and at some point the inside hem was redone and it is not the most perfect job ever (I chose to leave it as found to conserve as much length as possible) but it presents well and is still infinitely wearable as either a super short mini or a tunic over a skinny pant
