Malthouse Two Size:S its derelict machinery standing inMalthouse Two stands as the most intact of the three malthouses at Mittagong Maltings, its vast hall now silent beneath daylight filtering through broken windows. Constructed between 1906 and 1907 as a mirror image of Malthouse One, it was rebuilt following the 1942 fire and returned to production in 1953. Part of the Mittagong Maltings series.
