Versions of Tice's one shoulder pieces sit in the closet of countless celebrities like Rachel Zoe & Nicole Richie (and my own!). This is one of those dresses that you know is going to work every time you put it on. Whenever I get my hands on these they fly out the door. It is insanely sexy with an
